Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

If you are not happy with your goods or have changed your mind you can return your product within 14 days and get a refund, if 14 days have passed unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange,

In order to request a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note we will not issue a full refund if the item is not in its original packaging, damaged or missing parts.

In order to process your return we will require original receipt or order number.

The process of returning your goods

To start the returns procedure please email [email protected] Please include in your email the following:

  • Full Name.
  • Order Number.
  • Contact Number.
  • Address.
  • Items that you want to return.
  • Reason why.

Once we receive your email a member of our team will get back to you in 1-2 working days confirming you can return your goods.

After you have received confirmation, you must post the returned goods back to us at Preston House, Preston Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 1JE. Please include the returns slip provided by on of our team in your package.

We recommend you use Signed for First Class post to avoid the goods being lost in the post.

What cannot be returned

You cannot return the following:

  • Gift cards.
  • E-Liquids cannot be returns as they are classed as consumable products.
  • Tanks, unless they are faulty due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Coils once they are opened.
  • Tanks, Kits, Coils once the seals are broken.
  • Sale items.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and it has been inspected we will send you a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your return. This will be followed up by an email to confirm if your return has been approved or rejected.

If your refund has been approved we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Shipping

To return your product you must post the returned goods back to us at Preston House, Preston Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 1JE. Please include the returns slip provided by on of our team in your package.

We recommend you use Signed for First Class post to avoid the goods being lost in the post.

Any postage & packaging costs for returning your item back to us will not be refunded back to you, these are your responsibility.
